I think because it shows how much this isn’t the Yumi he knows.

That’s my impression, too. But I think Andy isn’t seeing the possibilities here. Alt.Yumi writes, and he draws, so the two of them could combine their talents and create a graphic novel about how they got into this situation. Heyyyyyyyy….

Nice idea, then spread it through the praxian world, which should get them thrown out for sure.
Also wondering whats been happening back ‘home’ (earth 1) considering that Andy has simply vanished?

I think Andy’s going to get another nut pounding once she finds out she’s imprisoned, and then some cool things are going to happen. Also, Derek, is the chapter 35 in the chapter list a bug, or just exactly how many chapters you’re planning to do?

Shoot, yeah, it’s a mistake I made. Don’t know how to get rid of it. This story arc goes to Chapter 29.

Does Yumi’s amazing self-control mean that she’d still not found out she’s imprisoned… or does it mean that, well-read as she is, she managed to actually READ the whole of the papers she’s been presented by Dash, fine print included, and opted for a better deal for herself than the one Andy got? … now that would be heartbreaking (from Andy’s point of view!).

She obviously can’t read it but she could have asked what it says, and thus have gotten the better terms, but that doesn’t seem like it would make for as good of a plot.
