I've been wondering about that for the last couple of weeks. Maybe Dash'd have to go to a different place in her dimension to have the turner go to somewhere in Europe. This is particularly possible if the "Dimension Traveling" is like shifting 90° in an axis of the Cartesian Plane, which doesn't "move you", just reorients you. For instance, if a 2d described in the X and Y axes is flipped 90° on the Z axis, it won't be visible from the perspective it was visible before, it will essentially be described either in the X and Z axes or the Y and Z axes... thus being in another "dimension", but the same location, because the center of the object would stay at the same place in the XYZ coordinate system.
