This ends Chapter 15! Tune in next Monday for Chapter 16! It’s a pivotal chapter you won’t want to miss. As Marty McFly would say, things are about to get “heavy”….!!
Derek and Les, I am SO impressed by your ability to make each page end on a “what’s next?” moment. I do want to see how this shakes out in a graphic novel format. Your willingness to use less than half of your page, and you do so to great effect, might be more frustrating when matters of payment and page count come to bear.
Speaking for myself, I won’t care, and I know that because it took more than 250 pages for me even to consider the possibility. I do still wonder, though.
I legitimately have no idea what will happen next. Will Dash abduct a different girl? Will they wait? Will they pursue Yumi in Europe? Is Derek holding out on Yumi because I’ve brought her up so many times? (That makes this personal, Derek.)
I do see where your concern is coming from, but I’ve seen many comics with even only 1 panel per page (Poor Sailor, Set to Sea, The Clouds Above, etc) that no one has any issues with. As soon as someone flips through a copy of TUNE, they know what they’re in for, so I don’t think anyone will feel ripped off.
Things really kick into high gear next chapter, so hold on to your hat!
Gonna kidnap this girl instead???

Again, I cannot wait for the next installment.
Couldn’t agree more. This ist just great. Nuff said.
Thanks, Justin!

Great Scott!
Sorry, folks, it’s unlikely I’ll survive till Monday.
Hang in there, Tororo!
