Well, this ends Chapter 14. Chapter 15 starts on Monday. Have a great weekend everyone, and come back on Monday for more misery-laden hilarity.
Same Difference is now on sale in bookstores and Amazon.
Is that a real superstition? I don’t doubt it but I like knowing weird factoids like this.
I certainly couldn’t come up something that nuts on my own! It was something that was told to me by my family while I was growing up in Korea. So as far as I know it is. It could just be limited to my family though, I’m not sure. Any other Korean readers here want to confirm or deny?
s’new to me, but my mum’s never been around me when i had the simultaneous laugh and cry, so maybe that’s why i never heard it… i love korean sayings
And the moral of this story is : Don’t quit school, kids !
I definitely hope that this is not THE END. And as far as I remember this is (or could be) THE END for this story arc.
Still a great story, Derek.
Still great drawings, Les.
The moral could be “don’t do things that will make you cry and laugh at the same time”, or maybe “always be suspicious when dealing with aliens”.
But I hope it will be “escape thy cruel fate!”.
I’m pretty sure it’s “As I lay there”
D’oh! Thank again, LEADi. I feel like I should be paying you with all the great editing you do!
Haha! Not a prob. Makes me feel like a tiny collaborator in your wonderful storytelling. ^u^=
I think it would be funny for the story to just end right here.
In a way: Yes.
In truth: Aaargh!
Can’t say that I DON’T feel this way every now and again. Sucks to relate to this story, but it’s awesome work and I love it!
Hey, has Andy pooped yet? I bet he’ll feel better if he does. I know I always do.
Maybe if he can manage to get himself kicked out by doing obscene things like dancing and drawing…
Whew! These first 14 chapters were quite a ride. My hope is: perhaps laws of physics don’t work the same in this alien universe as they do in Korea, so Andy will grow superpowers instead of rear-end hair?
